Summary:
Too often the work of library directors is not understood, is undervalued and is not compensated fairly. In other words, many library directors receive lower pay than other employees who do comparable work. In this session, Mary Wegner, Karen Burns and Sandy Dixon discuss why fair pay is important and what the library board can do to address this issue.
