Summary:
"Ashikaga Yorikane, daimyō of the northern province of Ōshu, much addicted to luxury and has become infatuated with the courtesan Takao. As a result, he has neglected the affairs of stae, and there is now a plot within his clan to usurp power. This has forced Yorikane to withdraw from public duty, leaving his small son Tsuruchiyo to succeed him. Those loyal to Tsuruchiyo fear for the boy's life, however, for there is still a wicked faction that desires to do away with him and rule in his place"--Leaflet.
