Interview with this Canadian painter recorded in conjunction with an exhibition of her work at the Tate Liverpool. She speaks about the development of her art from the early 1980s on and tells how she uses the sensual and descriptive power of paint to express her unique ways of looking at the world. She notes the changes in her work over time, the influence of Japanese culture, etc.
