Summary:
A classical story about an enchanting woman who flies out of the sky and into the lives of two mischievous children sorely in need of a strict nanny. Expecting harsh discipline, the tots are pleasantly surprised when Mary Poppins and her good friend, Bert, take them dancing on London's rooftops, into the cartoon world of a chalk pavement drawing, and up to a hilarious floating tea party where the love of laughter heals all.
