Summary:
CIA agents Oakes and Pope are trying to purchase a suitcase-sized nuclear bomb from a Russian black marketer. Just as the partners discover that another bidder exists, they are ambushed and Pope is killed trying to protect Oakes. Now Oakes needs to recruit Pope's long lost twin brother, Jake, so that the deal can commence in ten days time. Offered a sizable payday, Jake agrees to undergo the vigorous training to impersonate his brother and helps Oakes to remove the nuclear threat. Meanwhile, the assassin of the real Pope sends another cadre of killers after the agent he believes is still alive.
