Summary:
Now, at last, Logan's full story is published in its proper triology format--a saga of daring adventure and non-stop action, set in a world dominated by the rule of compulsory death at twenty-one. Logan is an enforcer, a crack member of the futuristic police, known as Sandmen. His job: to hunt down and terminate rebels who defy the death-at-21 system. When Logan himself turns twenty-one, he meets Jessica, sister of a runner he has pursued to termination. Together, they face the terrors of the 22nd Century, as their incredible run for life begins.
