Summary:
The story of a 21st century city coldly ruled by a small privileged class that frolics above ground while the oppressed mass of workers toils below ground. The son of the city's leader falls in love with a young lower class teacher/rebel which begins a sequence of events that shatters the social heirarchy. This release is an attempt to restore the film to its original form, with the addition of color and a new wave sound track.
