Summary:
True story of a young man who was the middleweight boxing champion of the Balkans in 1939. When the Nazis occupy Greece, he and his family and friends are sent to Auschwitz, where he must fight to survive. He must also cope with the fact that every time he wins a fight his opponent is sent to the gas showers.
