Summary:
Dr. Tadokoro, a geophysicist, predicts submersion of Japan due to abnormalities in the Japan Trench. Corresponding to his warning, Prime Minister Yamamoto and Mr. Watari, mastermind of Japanese politics, secretly formed a project team to save 100 million Japanese from the disaster around him. Tokyo is stricken by a devastating earthquake, Mt. Fuji erupts, and there's no more time to lose.
