Summary:
Kishorilal, a billionaire has made his fortune in the United States, but now he wants to infuse the Indian culture into his son (Rajiv), who was brought up in the West. Kishorilal goes to India to find a traditional "Indian" girl for his "American" son. He selects the daughter (Ganga) of an old friend and sends Rajiv to India to approve her. They become engaged and return to America where East (Ganga) and West (Rajiv) clash as their different values collide.
