As Chan begins he is wrapped up in all the circus acts, including dancing midgets, trapeze performers, a pretty contortionist and a mad ape. As usual in all the Chan films an attempt is made on his life, this time a poisonous cobra before Chan cracks the case with the help of a besotted number one son. As Chan says "free tickets to circus like gold ring on merry-go-round - make enjoyment double"
