Summary:
Keiko is an extra terrestrial whale from a planet identical to Earth. Hew was sent to Earth as an experiment about how alien life would survive Earth's atmosphere. It is ten years later and his alien friends want to find out how well Keiko has survived. They learn he has become an amusement park attraction and sick by Earth's pollution. They are determined to free Keiko and return him home with the help of some Earth children.
