Summary:
A French police detective travels to Japan to settle an old debt. His routine existence is disrupted when he finds out that the only woman he has ever loved has died. Summoned to Tokyo to settle her estate he quickly suspects her death was not an accident. To add to his problems, he discovers that he is the father of a teenage daughter.
