Although Phantom would forever be a creature of the wild, her gentle, loyal colt Misty is another story altogether. Wildfire: A teenaged girl drives across country to visit her uncle in the Midwest who never recovered from a tragedy in his past. There she falls in love with a ranch hand and finds herself racing at the county fair.
