Summary:
An eccentric young man, with a history of mental problems, starts hearing voices that warn him of pig-like alien invaders who are bent on destroying the Earth unless the United States stops its interstellar weapons research program. Problem is, no one really believes him and a mysterious disease spread by dogs complicates matters.
