On this program we look at the extraordinary career of Chuck Close. Working from photographs and in a multiplicity of styles and mediums, he has reinvented the time honored portrait. we see a selection of his work from his last two shows at the Pace Wilddenstein Gallery in SOHO and visit him in his downtown studio where he works on a portrait of Robert Rauschenberg.
