Summary:
Fanis, a forty-year-old astrophysics professor, journeys back to his childhood home. In affectionate, uplifting scenes, it portrays Fanis' relationship with his beloved grandfather, who teaches him about cooking with spices; the pain he suffered from being thrown out of Turkey at an early age, and the difficulties his family faced as they adjusted to life in Greece.
