Summary:
Kacie is a seventeen-year-old girl struggling with guilt and anger after a tragic loss. When Kacie is arrested and sentenced to a work-release program at Spirit Riders, an equine therapy camp, she's clearly out of her element. However, she finds a kindred spirit in Blaze, a retired racehorse having difficulty adjusting to domesticated life. With the help of the ranch owner, Kacie helps re-train Blaze and, in the process, learns how to let go of her past and start moving forward.
