Summary:
Fly away home is a story of a homeless boy and his father who live in an airport. Other segments include: Views from the street: which features homeless children ; Losing your home: children left homeless from a fire express their feeling about homelessness ; Community help: describes the work of an organization called Common Sense, whose members collect pennies and use them to buy items for homeless shelters. Also features a teenager describing why he volunteers at a food distribution organizaton called City Harvest.
