Summary:
Joe Pendleton, a saxophone-playing boxer, is collected and taken to heaven before his scheduled death and he can't go back to his original body. Based on a 1938 play, the first filmed adaptation was 1941's "Here Comes Mr. Jordan". In this version, Pendleton learns his presence in heaven was a mistake and that he cannot return to his original body because his boxing manager had him cremated.
