Summary:
Twenty-eight-year-old Aurora (Roe) Teagarden is a professional librarian and belongs to the Real Murders club, a group of 12 enthusiasts who gather monthly to study famous baffling or unsolved crimes. Heist and seek: The theft of a rare Elizabeth artifact on display at the Lawrenceton Library's annual fundraising event leads to capital crimes. When Aurora Teagarden begins her unorthodox investigation, she soon discovers that no one, but two, murders have been committed by someone who would do anything to possess "Leicester's Gift," the Tudor crown on loan from the Seattle Museum of History.
