Summary:
Includes five 15-minute yoga routines. Strength & stamina focuses on the lower body and consists of standing poses. Energy & flexibility is designed to increase flexibility while releasing tension. Core power targets the abdominals while conditioning the cardio vascular system. Stretch & restore releases tension in the upper back, neck, and shoulders. Stress relief & meditation combines standing and seated poses to discharge stress through breathing exercises and meditation.
