Summary:
Dylan and his mother are invited onto national television by an organization that grants last wishes to the terminally ill. As mother and son struggle with the terminal illness, Dylan surprises everyone by making a shocking request: to spend one weekend, alone, with supermodel Nikki Sinclair. After a disappointing meet-and-greet arranged by Nikki's agent, Dylan and his buddies set off for New York City with hopes of fulfilling his one last wish.
