After walking through the portal in the Tower of the Swallow and narrowly escaping death, Ciri finds herself in a completely different world...an elven world. Time does not seem to exist, and there is no path home. She is stranded, separated from Geralt and her destiny. But she is a child of prophecy, and she will not be defeated. Ciri knows she will need all her training as a fighter and a sorceress to finally rejoin the Witcher and his compaions. But harder still, she must conquer her wost nightmare: Leo BOnhart, the man who chased, wounded, and tortured Ciri, is on her trail. The world is still at war. Ciri intends to end it.
