Explains the relationship of tooth development to the size of the jaws and to subsequent skeletal growth. Elucidates associated abnormal conditions that occur." Part B "presents the development of malocclusion. A basis is offered for efficient treatment protocols by describing the characteristics of various types of malocclusions, considering the etiology of these conditions as well as the associated deviations that develop.
