Summary:
Chuck Taylor (O'Keefe) is a Vietnam veteran charter pilot who unknowingly smuggles cocaine into the US for the Cartel. He is arrested with the rest of the drug runners by the Feds. Tony King (Stroud), the boss of the Cartel, ends up in the same cell with Taylor and a battle of wills ensues. King has Taylor's family executed from behind bars. When King escapes from the prison, Taylor follows. He hunts down and executes the members of the Cartel one by one to avenge the murder of his sister.
