Summary:
Ayumu has made a solemn vow not to ask out his senpai in shogi club until he has beaten her fair and square in one match. However he is still no closer to his goal, and the school year continues to march on. Will he be able to uphold his promise to himself despite all the school activities, new club members, and conspiring friends, all while finding time to somehow get a leg up in shogi?
