Summary:
Wolf shifter Maverick Wilding has another busy Christmas season ahead of him--his family's reindeer ranch gets more popular with the locals every year. But when a lost reindeer is spotted in the woods, he goes to investigate as a wolf. As fate would have it, Gina Hutton and her Bigfoot hunter brother have been searching the snowy Oregon forests for the wild creatures rumored to live there. So far, they've found a winter wonderland, but no sign of the paranormal. But when Gina suddenly encounters what she thinks is a dog struggling in a frozen lake and tries to save it, things take a turn for the inexplicable. Gina has been bitten, and not by a dog. What a Christmas present! Maverick is horrified by what he's done, but he won't let Gina go through this change on her own. And as the wolf world opens up to her, so does the possibility of love she couldn't have imagined.
