Summary:
After receiving a heart transplant, twelve-year-old Jeremiah knows he can never play baseball, but his love for the game inspires him to try his hand at coaching the middle school baseball team in his new town. And when steroid use by the high school baseball team is revealed after the death of one of their star players, Jeremiah's determination and infectious positive attitude is just what the community needs to recover.
